We are known for our comprehensive consults that involves facial analysis and personalised brow design before we begin. We take the time to understand your goals, assess your natural brow growth, discuss the best treatment options and create a shape that complements your unique features while prioritising long-term brow health.

Once we've established your brow design, maintaining it becomes quicker and simpler. Clients who return every **6 weeks **, or who have been advised by their Browzaar Lounge artist that a longer maintenance schedule is suitable, are welcome to book from the **Existing Client** menu and enjoy a shorter appointment at a reduced maintenance price.

Our philosophy is simple: we don't just wax brows—we design them specifically for you, and equip you with the education and styling tips to truly understand how to best maintain them and encourage growth.

The Statement Brow (design,wax/thread, bold stain)

Softly lighten your brows for a more natural match to lighter hair. Perfect after going blonde or adding highlights, creating a softer, balanced look.


The Lightened Brow (design, wax/thread, lightened)

Perfect for taming unruly brows or making sparse brows appear thicker.  You will love your fluffy or sleek, fuller-looking brows with custom mapping, shaping and tinting. Includes aftercare.


The Laminated Brow (design, wax, lami & tint)

Beautifully sculpted brows with improved hair flow for a fluffy or sleek finish. Ideal for taming unruly brows & enhancing fullness (yes, thin brows might benefit from this treatment). Inc aftercare.

The Laminated Brow (without Tint)

Shaped, waxed and stained/tinted brows +Targeted Brow Lamination Add-On. Sometimes only certain areas of brows need a little extra help with a lamination to improve balance and control. Inc aftercare.

Designed for teens (or 12 and up, school aged). This service creates clean, natural brows using gentle shaping that's appropriate for their age, features and future brow growth.

Men’s Brow and Cheek Grooming

From your first appointment, you'll have noticed that our brow wax service is more than "just a wax/clean up". Steph takes the time to assess, shape, and design your brows to suit your features, while educating you on how to further improve their shape or maintain them at home.

To keep your brows looking their best, we recommend returning every **3–6 weeks for females** and **2–4 weeks for males**. Existing clients who return within these timeframes qualify for our maintenance brow wax price, as maintaining an established shape takes less time. If you return after the recommended interval, your brows will require more time to reshape and redesign, and the **New Client Brow Wax** rate will apply.

To maintain your shape and secure the reduced maintenance price, please rebook your next appointment before leaving the salon.

Regular maintenance allows us to refine your existing brow design rather than start from scratch, resulting in shorter appointments and consistently beautiful brows.

**Exception:** Some clients with naturally sparse or slow-growing brows may not require maintenance every 6 weeks. If we've discussed this together and I've recommended a longer maintenance schedule, you're welcome to continue booking from the Existing Client category.
