Henry asked questions before and whilst doing the massage. The treatment was very good and I'm feeling much more relaxed now. He also reminded me to drink water after as it helps the body to recover. He is a very nice confident person who I will be using again and would recommend

I had a sports therapy session with Henry today and was very impressed with the service. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I feel noticeably better and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality sports therapy.

I really enjoyed my full body massage. Henry is really good at using different levels of pressure. I have a lot of knots, which can be painful, but Henry adjusted the pressure in such a way that it was less painful but still worked on repairing the muscle. The pain in my lower back also improved lots after this sports massage. Thanks and I will definitely book a session again.
