Tui Na Massage

Experience Tui Na, a traditional Chinese therapeutic massage rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I use acupressure, kneading, rolling, stretching and targeted massage techniques, tailoring each treatment to your individual needs. Tui Na can help you relax while supporting mobility, comfort and overall wellbeing. Treatments take place in a calm, private therapy room at Light Centre Marylebone in central London.

Good to Know

Cupping Therapy | 30 Minutes

Enjoy a 30 minute cupping therapy session using traditional Chinese medicine techniques. Specially designed cups create gentle to moderate suction on selected areas of the body. Depending on your individual needs, the practitioner may use stationary or moving cups. Cupping is a complementary therapy commonly used to support relaxation, ease muscular tension and promote general wellbeing. Your treatment is tailored to you following a consultation.

Fine Print: Please disclose any medical conditions, medications and current treatments before your appointment. Cupping may not be suitable for everyone, including those with certain bleeding or clotting conditions, fragile or damaged skin, skin infections or a history of thrombosis. Please mention pregnancy or blood thinning medication.

Good to Know: Temporary circular marks, redness or mild tenderness may occur and usually fade naturally. Wear comfortable clothing and allow time to relax afterwards.

Cupping 30 minutes

Fertility acupuncture uses fine, sterile needles placed at points across the body to support hormonal balance, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs and help calm the nervous system during what can be a stressful time. It's used both for those trying to conceive naturally and alongside fertility treatments such as IVF, working to support your body rather than replace medical care. 

Sessions are unhurried and private, with time to talk through your circumstances so treatment can be tailored to your cycle and needs.

Good to know: this is usually a cumulative treatment, with a course of regular sessions recommended over a few months for the best chance of benefit, or timed around fertility treatment as advised.
