Always made to feel so welcome but I must say it was extremely hot inside. There was a couple of fans but these were so small and of little use to keep the clients & more the girls cool. Very disappointing that there is no air con in the salon. Also the flooring felt unsafe in some areas as it had lifted and I nearly caught my foot on a lifted floorboard. Was told that there had been a leak but this should have been addressed by now. A bit disappointing but the girls are always smiling & very professional , even if they are finding it hard to work in this heat. Well done girls

Danielle was great under the very difficult conditions. The treatment rooms have no windows or air conditioning, it’s unbearable and frankly a disgrace.No paying customer should have to put up with this and nobody should have to work under those conditions.It really isn’t that difficult to put a unit in the treatment rooms .
