I was a little disappointed with the service I got. No proper welcome, lady kept coughing over me while doing my lashes and didn’t offer me anything to drink while I was there. I liked how my lashes turned out but it’s still very important to make sure your customer has a great experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they walk out.
