I am a qualified Complementary Therapist since 2016. I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University July 2020 where I achieved a BSc (Hons) Complementary Healthcare (with Practitioner Status).This is where I gained my level 5 in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I have also gained my Master Reiki Practitioner certificate with Ann Moseley. Reiki is a profoundly relaxing treatment which can work holistically and will always go to the level physical, mental or emotional where it is most needed to restore well-being.
