Kondōu — A Space to Return to Yourself Kondōu is a sanctuary of calm tucked gently away from the pace of everyday life. Every detail has been curated with intention—the softened lighting, the warmth of natural textures, the quiet hum of stillness—to invite your body to slow, settle, and feel held from the moment you enter. Our rooms are designed to feel like an exhale: warm, grounded, and deeply restorative. Each space carries the philosophy at the heart of Kondōu—that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported. Kondōu isn’t just a treatment space. It’s a felt experience—

Sara looks after my mum as if she is family. The care and attention to detail with every appointment is amazing. I very much appreciate her kindness. I know mum leaves feeling nurtured and confident.

Meika was amazing. My only feedback was that the massage bad was very hard. It squeaked a lot when I was on my stomach and then on your back it was like laying on the ground. The experience is so beautiful so it really Did feel like the bed quality let it down. I still loved it though! A comfy bed would make it 11/10
