At Holistic Haven, therapies offered include Reflexology, Indian head massage, Cupping, Oncology massage, Deep tissue, Remedial and Aromatherapy. In addition, a psychotherapy service is offered providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
