Energy Healing is a gentle yet powerful modality that works with the body's energetic field to restore balance, release stored emotional patterns and reconnect you to your natural state of harmony.

 In this treatment we focus on restoring your energy flow and allowing your natural energy to balance itself. This treatment is worked on all layers of the energy system, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. It is tailored to what you need specifically. 

During a session, subtle energy channels within the body are activated to support the release of tension, trauma and energetic (and physical) blockages that may be held in the nervous system, organs or cellular memory. This process allows the body to shift out of survival patterns and return to a state of flow, clarity and vitality.

Intuitive Bodywork targets the core root of the issue that is showing up in your physical body. It is a deeply personalised experience that blends therapeutic bodywork with intuitive energy awareness. Instead of following a standard massage, I work in conversation with your body, allowing the session to be guided by what is ready to release and restore balance. 

Through intentional touch and energetic attunement, this work helps dissolve physical tension, regulate the nervous system and shift deeper patterns stored within the body. 

Intuitive Bodywork, 90’

Abdominal Scar healing is a therapeutic treatment that works with scar tissue, fascia and the surrounding tissues of the abdomen to restore mobility, circulation and to restore more movement through your abdominal and pelvic areas.

Scars from C-sections, abdominal surgeries can create restrictions within the connective tissue that affect posture, movement, digestion and the overall flow of the body. Scar tissue can also hold sensitivity and tension.

For those who have experienced a C-section, this work can also support the emotional healing process connected to birth. The body holds memories of significant life events within the tissues and within the scar energy can get 'trapped'. This allows a release of stored tension related to the birth experience. 

This treatment is slow & guided by the body's natural healing pace, supporting both the physical and emotional restoration of the body.

Womb healing is a deeply nurturing and restorative practice that reconnects you to the wisdom, intelligence and creative power held within the womb space. 

The womb is not just a physical organ, it is an energetic centre that stores emotional experiences, relational imprints, ancestral patterns and memory connected to femininity, sexuality, sensuality and creativity. When these energies are held within the body for a long period of time, they create stagnancy that causes imbalance, tension, feelings of heaviness and disconnection, pain during sex and ultimately can cause physical ailments such as PCOS, endometriosis and fertility issues.

In this session, we work on elevating physical, emotional stress and tension stored in the reproductive system through massage and energy work. This works on all layers and is specifically tailed to what you need.
