My specialty is a combination of deep tissue and Thai massage, incorporating hot stones to relax and heal the body. During a deep tissue massage, the pressure is more intense on specific problematic areas that are causing discomfort such as tension , knots and cold shoulder, etc. This maybe uncomfortable to start with but it very beneficial longer term.
