I had an excellent sports massage with Suvwe. He is evidently very knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to anatomy, mobility and biomechanics. I went in with tight hips and lower back and he worked hardy to relieve my pain with immediate effect but also explained why I was experiencing issues I’m having, and ways in which to improve muscular balance and optimise my body for health and longevity.

While sports massage focuses on immediate relief and muscle health, rehab sessions address movement patterns, pain triggers, and muscular imbalances. I combine hands-on treatment with a structured plan of targeted exercises and movement corrections to ensure lasting results. Rather than just addressing symptoms, I focus on why pain occurs and how to prevent its return. By combining hands-on treatment with structured progression, I guide clients through a process that not only alleviates discomfort but also strengthens and retrains the body for long-term resilience.

Rehabilitation Session

This session focuses on identifying the cause of pain and movement restrictions. I begin with a discussion about symptoms, daily activities, and any previous injuries. Then, I assess mobility, posture, and muscle function to spot imbalances or compensation patterns. The findings help shape a targeted plan to address underlying issues and improve movement.
