As our retention rate is generally 4-6 weeks, we would’ve loved for you to reach out so we can troubleshoot what the problem may have been. Unfortunately not all products are for every client, this is why we offer a free nail fix if there are issues within the 1st week of the service. In this case we would have trialed a different product on the nail bed. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further concerns.

Monique was absolutely lovely and had a great set up. The shape of my nails and the thickness of the gel was great, however the gel didn’t last as long as I was expecting. After 4 days it started lifting and peeling. After less than one week most of the gel had peeled off and/or nails had broken (even those that still had gel on). 

Monique was so lovely and so gentle on my cuticles 😍 I love my nails and will definitely be booking again 

The nails looked alright, they were a bit chunky and uneven in spots, but that’s me being picky. They didn’t last nearly as long as they were meant to. Within 7 days, 2 nails had fallen off. They didn’t get ripped or broken, the literally fell off (one without me even noticing). By 10 days 4 had fallen off, so once they had all fallen off I visited a different nail tech, who pointed out the damage that was done to my natural nail with the choice of file / e file bits.
