For the best experience, we recommend both starting with the Red Light Therapy Pod, followed by a sauna session. One person can enjoy their Red Light Therapy session while the other relaxes, reads a book, and has a cup of tea. Afterward, you can switch places before enjoying a sauna together as the final treatment.
