We start with an in-depth consultation to discuss your health history, lifestyle, and what you hope to achieve, ensuring your objectives are clear and attainable. Next, we guide you through a series of foundational movements to analyze your posture and biomechanics. This functional screening is critical for identifying any muscular imbalances or mobility limitations, allowing us to design a program that not only builds strength but also enhances movement quality and prevents injury.

Finally, we establish key baseline metrics for your strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. These benchmarks are vital for tracking your progress and celebrating your achievements along the way.

Experience the perfect blend of personalized coaching and group motivation with our Small Group Personal Training. Designed for intimate groups of 2-4 individuals with similar goals and fitness levels, these sessions provide a focused and supportive environment to drive your success. Each workout is a comprehensive, full-body experience, starting with dynamic mobility to prepare your body, moving into progressive strength training and high-energy conditioning to build power and endurance, and finishing with dedicated stretching to improve flexibility and aid recovery. Train with like-minded partners and get the expert attention you need to achieve your goals together.  Must have completed Individual Assessment First!
