My first reflexology session. Abbi was very calm, welcoming and light. It was a beautifully calming and balancing experience whilst also being extremely interesting - Abbi answered lots of questions I had and gave informative and helpful responses. Will certainly book again, I left feeling really relaxed and more grounded after a tough couple of weeks.

Abbi is incredible. So warm, kind and knowledgeable, I felt so at ease and safe in her little bubble.
