It utilises the reflex and pressure points of the feet to help stimulate various parts of your body via your nervous system, in order to help promote healing. Each session consists of a full reflexology treatment of the feet, however, once we have discussed your unique state of health, I will tailor the session to meet your needs and focus on the areas we have jointly identified as needing support.
