Hi💖! Thank you for booking with P’s House of Beauty. When booking, a $10 deposit is required to confirm the appointment and secure your spot. Returning clients must deposit a $5 fee :) The deposit is non-refundable unless I am at fault, in which case it will be fully refunded. You have a 25-minute grace period once your appointment starts. If you are not in my chair after this period, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded :( You will receive a confirmation text 24 hours prior with the address and all the details you need for your appointment.
