We are only 5mins from the CBD, members hours are from 4am to 1am and book in's for visitors are by appointment only. "The House" is filled with a mix of old school & custom equipment, boxing, powerlifting, cardio, strength and fitness pieces too. The training environment is an encouraging atmosphere with a community of lifetime members who love the gym lifestyle.
