Piercing by Morgan is open to any & all people! Please let us know at bookings if you have a preference for silence or talking. We are all inclusive for any clients anytime! All clients are required to bring a physical and valid photo I.D. to all appointments. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian with proof of guardianship. I.e: Manitoba health card with both names, birth certificate with both names, guardianship papers etc. Please make sure to have a snack and stay hydrated for your appointment! I will not pierce anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding.
