I am a massage therapist and wellness educator with over a decade of experience helping people releasing stress, muscle soreness, back pain, headache, stretch their tensions out and recover from injuries and pregnancy. With an athletic background in dance & martial arts, body stretching and body relief have little to no secret for me. Yet it's about having the right touch, right mind & right spirit. "Mens sana in corpore sano" I am passionate in what I do and you will clearly feel it.
