I offer holistic spa and therapeutic sessions supporting the body, nervous system, and emotional wellbeing. My work includes somatic and therapeutic massage, deep tissue, fascia release, pregnancy massage, and gentle kids massage, all focused on calming the nervous system and regulating the vagus nerve. I also offer Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions to support stress relief, emotional balance, clarity, lymphatic draining and deep relaxation. Each session is guided with care and adapted to your individual needs, helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and restored. ⸻
