Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet and hands. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress.
The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Reflexology uses a targeted, pressure-point massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. To start the service off we will do a nice salt scrub on your feet at the pedicure chairs. Will spend the remaining time focusing on the hands or feet or both areas in my massage chair in my room. 1 hour service.
