Hi, I'm Laura. I have been working as a physical therapist for 7 years since my departure from Crossfit Coaching, Personal training and Corporate life in 2013. I use a range of traditional and intuitive massage and movement therapy techniques, tailored to suit each person I work with, to assist optimal healing results on all levels. I work with children as well as adults, and my demographic includes anyone with pain that needs help or continued maintenance for optimal well-being.
