Austeen is conscientious about tailoring each session to the present needs of the client for maximum relief and relaxation. Her ever-expanding knowledge base about health and the body is reassuring and educational. 

I had a consultation today with Austeen, I was of course nervous first meeting, but as soon as he warmly welcomed me in, I felt relieved! The ambiance of her space, her presence, and her energy just helped me instantly relax! We clicked quickly as we realized we are basically the same kind of person, in different bodies!

I consider my massages with Austeen as important as my yearly physical or twice annually dental cleaning. Every time that Austeen lays a hand on your body it is with intention and that in fully appreciated in the way my body feels after a massage. I’ve been with Austeen for many years and I cannot say enough good things about her skills and understanding of the body. I honestly cannot imagine my self care routine without her in it. 

This session consists of therapeutic massage. This session is great to release soft tissue, physical tension and mental tension. Chronic pain and concerns will be addressed during this session. Many different modalities can/are used during this treatment. 

Therapeutic Massage

Ashiatsu, often referred to as "barefoot massage," is a unique technique where the therapist uses their feet, rather than hands or arms, to apply pressure to the client’s body. This method is particularly beneficial for clients who prefer or require firm, deep pressure.

What to Expect During an Ashiatsu Massage:

The therapist delivers deep compressions, long gliding strokes, and assisted stretching using their bare feet.
Sessions are customized to your needs, just like deep tissue or Swedish massage.
For gliding techniques, lotion or oil may be applied at the start of the session. This is typically the only time the therapist may use their hands to prepare the skin.

Ashiatsu Massage 

Thai Fusion Mat Sessions blend the principles of acupressure with assisted yoga-inspired stretches, creating a unique and dynamic therapeutic experience. During these sessions, the therapist uses their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply targeted pressure to specific points on the body. The client remains fully clothed and lies on a comfortable mat on the floor, allowing for a diverse range of movements and stretches.

This session encompasses the healing power of heat. A full body hot rock session is great for pain, inflammation, mental and physical stress and relaxation. Using basalt stones to soften and manipulate the muscles and induce deeper levels of relaxation. Not great for individuals who do not like heat. 

75 Minute Full Body Hot Stone Massage

This session is a deep reset for your energetic system, designed to restore harmony to your emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic bodies. Using a blend of intuitive practices such as Reiki, shamanic techniques, drumming, chakra balancing, and meridian line restoration, this experience supports profound relaxation and alignment.
