Initial Consultation and Patch test 48 hours before the Appointment for new clients. 
This will be done once to see if you have any reaction the glue and if there are no issues like redness, swelling etc. after 48 hours, you will be able to book an appointment for a full Lash set.
If you do have a reaction within 48 hours of the patch test I do have eyelash extension glue for sensitive eyes at no extra cost available. Please be advised that there will be another patch test done for any other glue tested. 
For the Patch test I will apply one small lash on each one corner of your eye and also apply a small amount of glue to your wrist/ behind your ear. 
At the time of the Consultation we will be able to discuss any questions you have. There will be a form for you to fill out and you will learn everything you need to know about the proper aftercare, how long the lash extensions will last etc. 
I will need a form of ID. If you are under the age of 16 I will need a signed consent form.
