Fully qualified physiotherapist Stephanie Boyd specialises in musculoskeletal and post-natal recovery physiotherapy, as well as remedial deep tissue massage to help with muscular pain and relaxation. Virtual physiotherapy is now also available so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. This is a great option if you are self-isolating, avoiding travel or just find it hard to get to appointments because of work or childcare commitments.
