Hi Sarah sorry for the misunderstanding, you were booked in for a 45 min massage as the time was allotted for. The price you were charged and the notifications you were sent should reflect this. Again sorry for any misunderstandings.

I really enjoy coming to this place. I for some reason always am given a much shorter massage than I booked. I always book 60 mins today was taken in the room 1:24 and out by 2:14 with change tome included. I just think its kind of frustrating to pay for 60 minutes and what is online is 1 hr 10 mins so you assume you are alot change time etc. but when the appointment started late and ended early seems odd 👎 would like to come back but just can justify missing that time more than once.
