Hi I'm Bella; Sports Massage Therapist, I've been here in the hidden gem of FXD Fitness for 3 years now and during that time I've worked with a variety of returning clients- From Sports Professionals to your everyday Athletes. My practice covers a variety of physical needs from traditional Sports Massage for enhancing and improving exercise performance and recovery. To my passion for mental well-being, with the integration of guided breathing and meditation techniques.
