I went to Emma's restorative yoga session and after that I had Thai massage treatment. I truly had the most amazing experience. Emma has a truly calming presence and a natural gift for helping you release tension and reconnect with yourself. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful, nurturing, and tailored to exactly what I needed. I walked away feeling physically renewed and mentally uplifted.The combination of yoga and Thai massage left me feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and re-energised. Thank you Emma 🫶🏼🙏🏼

A lovely relaxed environment for mums and babies. Each mums physical abilities were thoughtfully incorporated into the positions and adapted so everyone could fully participate. I loved how babies were included in movements and plenty of close bonding encouraged. We look forward to the next one xx
