I had my first massage today and I was blown away with how amazing it was! 

The whole experience from making my booking to meeting Tess in person was stress-free and straight forward. 

I had booked in for a September Detox, which consisted of a lovely back exfoliation, a full body massage and to top it off a scalp massage! 

It was pure bliss, and as a busy mother, entrepreneur and full time student you can trust me when I say that for the whole appointment I completely switched off and relaxed!

Selected aromatherapy is applied to the feet and wrapped up to warm, whilst you enjoy a tension releasing shoulder neck and head massage, the relaxation then continues with targeted reflexology to further reduce stress and tension in the body.
