Treatments are in a lovely calm room, at my home in Shoreham . This is a relaxing environment where we can talk about your treatment, what to expect and discuss any concerns you may have. The aim is to relax you, your body and mind and to restore your natural balance, whether by calming or revitalising. I am fully qualified, insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I am 1 minute from Shoreham Station if you are coming by train but there are lots of places to park nearby as well.

I had an excellent experience with Nicki and it was my first reflexology session. The treatment was deeply relaxing and felt effective, literally decreasing on the spot the pressure I was feeling after a day's work in front of the computer.. Nicki's place was clean, cosy and warm, she was welcoming and explained everything clearly. I left feeling lighter and calmer and I would definitely recommend a session to anyone!

I had a fab session with Nicki. She explained everything very clearly and the reflexology was so good. An extremely relaxing experience for the feet whilst treating the whole body.

The treatment from Nicki was truly brilliant. I felt so relaxed and calm.It was just what my body needed from built up stress. The room setting was very peaceful, the smells and music along with the treatment nearly had me sleeping and dreaming. Will use Nicki again and be recommending.
