This facial focuses on cleansing the mind as well as your skin. The use of a traditional Chinese Gua Sha tool during the face & scalp massage involves running a fine smooth-edged scraper along the contours of the face and helps relieve tension in the muscles, boost blood circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage.

Dermalux™ LED Phototherapy is an award-winning, non-invasive skin treatment which achieves excellent results. It uses light waves to accelerate the body’s own natural repair process, reducing the signs of damage, whilst boosting the overall health and appearance of your skin. 

It can be used to treat a number of common skin conditions including acne, eczema, dermatitis, signs of aging, rosacea and psoriasis.

You can book a single session or a set of sessions (if booking multiple sessions, please book in a single session then I will contact you to book in the remaining dates). Each session includes a double cleanse, foot & leg massage, 30 minutes under the light and finishing products. Plan details:
- 6 week plan consists of twice weekly sessions for 3 weeks. Maintenance treatments can be done every 4 weeks (once finished)
- 12 week plan consists of twice weekly sessions for 4 weeks followed by once per week for 4 weeks. Maintenance treatments can be done every 4 weeks (once finished)

Aromatherapy Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a light touch treatment that specialises in cleansing the body, relaxing the mind and relieving pain. Gentle but powerful, it is great for those suffering with headaches, sinus problems, allergies/hayfever, digestive problems, swelling, long covid and fatigue syndromes. We will use unique, subtle, flowing, rhythmic techniques to move the skin in the direction of the lymph flow, to rid your body of toxins. 

Manual lymphatic drainage 

Focused on relieving tensions and muscle pain with customised techniques to help sooth away day to day stresses. This massage is great for those with problem areas on the back.

Back, neck & shoulder massage

Often, tensions are held in our head and neck. This massage is the ultimate stress reliever focusing on relaxing the mind and encouraging circulation. A range of techniques are used including gua sha, an alternative Chinese tool promoting lymphatic drainage as well as many other health benefits.

Head, neck & shoulder massage

This popular massage not only directly stimulates the muscles that are massaged but also gives a positive effect on the whole body. Unwind whilst knowing you're improving circulation, reducing tension and easing aches and pains.

Foot & leg massage

This indulgent treatment begins with an exfoliating back scrub to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin cleansed, refreshed and brighter. The scrub is then removed with hot towels and a soothing back massage follows, releasing stress and tension with aromatic oils for the ultimate back treatment.

Massage during pregnancy is a wonderful way to reduce stress, tension and promote relaxation through this special time. This indulgent add on includes an Elemis lime and ginger salt glow scrub which is worked onto the back to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin cleansed, refreshed and brighter. The exfoliating scrub is then removed with hot towels before the soothing back massage begins.
