Recommended to add a LED light during each skin needling session for extra cell turn over or 2 weeks after the skin needling treatment 

LED (often red or near-infrared) light stimulates cellular repair, increases circulation, and reduces inflammation. This actually complements skin needling really well, it can speed up recovery, calm redness, and further boost collagen production.

 Timing Matters
-Same day / immediately after: LED light right after skin needling reduces redness/ downtime, speeds up healing, reduces risk of inflammatory pigmentation, enhances overall results
-2 weeks after: By this point, the skin is already well into its healing cycle, so LED light can continue to support collagen production and improve results between sessions.
