The Curl Girl is a curl dedicated hair salon  set within an idyllic  setting surrounded by walled gardens and mature buildings in Staffordshire. Our aim is to ensure that you relax, unwind and feel at ease during your appointments… after all, this is not “just” a hair appointment.

I had my 1st Curly Appointment with Maddie, she talked me through what she was doing and which products she recommended specifically for my hair, I started putting the steps into my Notes while I was under the hood dryer but Maddie said that a detailed step by step plan will be sent through, which is perfect because I was bound to forget something!

SO happy with the result, I bought all of the products and I'm looking forward to practicing styling now I know what to do!

Our maintenance package is aimed at our regular clients or curl confident clients.

The package includes the maintenance cut, which is a curly trim to keep your current shape and sharpen your ends paired with one of the curl girl treatments all of which benefit from The Spa Mist Processor which heats the mist to 50-60ºC, which is enough to open the cuticle but a lot kinder on the hair. The mist is created using ultra sonic waves, which allow the micro-particles and any product applied with it to penetrate deeper into the hair. 

This service does includes a style and diffuse.

This is essentially a trim designed for existing clients or curl confident clients with an existing desired shape. 

We recommend a curly trim every 10 weeks for longer hair and 8 weeks for short hair.

Curly Trim

A toner has various uses, you may need to tone down the warmth in highlights. 
Add colour to previously bleached hair or create a lip gloss effect on your natural hair. 

We will always ensure your toner is gently accepted by the hair with the use of nano mist technology which will effectively drive the colour into the hair creating a longer lasting colour with minimal to no damage at all. 

Toner 

This is a service for clients who don’t need guidance with their curl routine and simply fancy relaxing while we take over their wash day or you can add this service to The Curl Girl Cut. 

Style and Diffuse

If your just starting out on your curl journey or need help perfecting your regime, this service has got your back. 

We begin with a very lengthy consultation, followed by a curly cut to compliment the way you like to wear your hair, your face shape and hair texture. 

We then move onto the scalp cleanse followed by an intense treatment for curls which is very much catered to your specific needs. 

Onto the exciting part where we will Style and diffuse your curls talking you though step by step what we're doing, what we're using and why, so that your able to give your curls what they need and care for them correctly, achieving the same curl as we have created in salon yourself at home, for a whole week and inbetween washes. 

You will learn how to refresh your curls if needed and how best to sleep on them.

Arrive on a good curl day. In order to perform an actual curl by curl cut we need to see your curls. Your hair needs to be detangled, down & dry.

1st Curly Appointment package 

For men with short back and sides but a whole load of curls up top that need some TLC and a good routine this package is for you. 

The package includes a trim, personalised treatment, your wash day and all the information you need to care for your Curls at home. 
 

Mens Package 

Our maintenance package is aimed at our regular clients or curl confident clients.

The package includes the maintenance cut, which is a curly trim to keep your current shape and sharpen your ends paired with one of the curl girl treatments all of which benefit from The Spa Mist Processor which heats the mist to 50-60ºC, which is enough to open the cuticle but a lot kinder on the hair. The mist is created using ultra sonic waves, which allow the micro-particles and any product applied with it to penetrate deeper into the hair. 

 

This service does not include a style and diffuse. However as the treatment is instant, feel free to add a style and diffuse or wash, Style and go.  

If your leaving with wet hair we would recommend you bring along your bonnet or cotton towel to leave with.

Maintenance Package (leave with treatment on)

Our maintenance package is aimed at our regular clients or curl confident curlies.

The package includes the maintenance cut, which is a curly trim to keep your current shape and sharpen your ends paired with one of the curl girl treatments, all of which benefit from The Spa Mist Processor which heats the mist to 50-60ºC, which is enough to open the cuticle but a lot kinder on the hair. The mist is created using ultra sonic waves, which allow the micro-particles and any product applied with it to penetrate deeper into the hair. 

 Following the rinse out of the treatment we will style your hair with products catered to your curls and you’ll leave with your hair plopped neatly into your curly towel. (You can purchase the perfect curly towel from us if you don’t have one) if your not a plopper then feel free to leave with it down ready to air dry.

Maintenance Package with Wash & Go

The Curl Girl Cut is a cut that creates shape, volume, and an actual style.

We don't layer, we shape!

This is usually a service for new clients or those wanting a new shape/style.

We cut your hair dry, please attend your appointment on a good curl day. 

This service does not include a finish. Please add style and diffuse to your booking if your require a finish.

The Curl Girl Cut 

Can’t get a fringe out of your head! Pop in on a great curl day and we will create the bangs you’ve been dreaming of. Long floppy bangs or cute French bangs. 

This service needs to be done on totally dry curls that aren't going to shrink at all. Your hair needs to be down and not previously tied up. Come to us on your best curl day. Or add this service to a style and diffuse. 

Just a Fringe 

Undercut 

We offer a range of intense treatments for curly hair from Olaplex to Authentic Masks based on your hairs individual needs. 

All of our treatments have the added benefit of The Spa Mist Processor which heats mist to 50-60ºC, which is enough to open the cuticle but a lot kinder on the hair. The mist is created using ultra sonic waves, which allow the micro-particles and any product applied with it to penetrate deeper into the hair. 

This service does not include a style and diffuse,  however feel free to add this on as the treatment is instant.

No matter how damaged or healthy your curls are, they always need more than hair that’s heat styled. Your wearing your hair in its natural state and therefore you need to feed it exactly what it needs. 



Curl Girl Treatment 

Scalp treatment 

Not enjoying your wash day or just need to add this to the end of another service.

We will cleanse or co wash based on your needs, condition, and apply the styling products. Don’t forget to bring your bonnet to leave in, if you haven’t got one, we do! 

This appointment has a service time of 15 minutes, if your aware that your hair needs longer due to detangling time please select the 30minute option instead.
