Hi Jen, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear you weren’t completely satisfied with the clean. We always strive to deliver the highest standard and deeply value all of clients. While we would have loved the opportunity to resolve this at the time, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we do ask that any issues be reported within 24 hours accompanied by photos or videos. This helps us investigate thoroughly and take swift action in order to rectify the issue. That said, your feedback has been taken seriously and already passed onto the cleaner involved to avoid any future lapses in detail. Thank you again for your feedback and support over the years: it’s always appreciated. Warm regards, Swift and Clean ✨
