I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2019 with a BSc. in Complementary Healthcare and Practitioner Status in Clinical Aromatherapy, Massage and Reflexology. Clinical Reflexology Treatment lasting 60 minutes.  Reflexology is wonderful for relaxation and can be beneficial in helping with the symptoms of stress, anxiety, low mood, menstrual pain, digestive disorders, and pain management.  I am a trained fertility reflexologist and also have a qualification in maternity reflexology.

Reproductive Reflexology is a natural, non intrusive therapy which aims to reduce stress levels whilst helping with anxiety and tension.

I have been trained in Reproreflexology TM by the award winning Barbara Scott of Seren Fertility,  I have several years of experience supporting couples on their fertility journey, be it natural fertility or assisted fertility programmes. I am qualified to work with couples alongside medicated cycles such as IUI; IVF; ICSI; Frozen Embryo Transfer or donor cycles using a treatment protocol that the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists believe works to enhance the medications efficacy.  

Prior to your first appointment with me a full medical history and consultation will need to take place with both partners.  This can take place face to face or over the telephone, and takes approximately 30 minutes.  For this an additional charge of £20.00 is applied.

Fertility Reflexology

A combination of a 30 minute back neck and shoulder massage using a tailor made blend of essential oils, followed by a 60 minute reflexology treatment - the ultimate in relaxation and therapeutic benefit.  The massage treatment is beneficial for anyone suffering with neck and shoulder pain or tension, lower back pain, and or headaches.  The reflexology treatment provides the benefits of additional relaxation in addition to being beneficial for improving sleep, managing symptoms of stress and anxiety, hormonal balance and a variety of other conditions.

If this is your first appointment with me  a full medical consultation will need to be taken to ensure there are no contraindications to treatment.  This consultation time will take approximately 10-15 minutes and will incur an additional charge of £10

Aromatherapy Massage & Reflexology

Aromatherapy Massage is a classic aromatherapy treatment, extremely relaxing and therapeutic at the same time.  
I will assist you in choosing essential oils of your choice, which would be beneficial to treat the symptoms you present with. 
These essential oils will then be blended with a gentle carrier oil to form a relaxing massage oil blend.  Aromatherapy Massage may be used to relieve pain and muscular tension, improve sleep, help with digestive disorders, and ultimately enhance your mood.

De-Luxe Lymphatic Drainage

One hundred minutes of pure blissful relaxation.  

The recipient of this voucher will have the opportunity to select their own choice of pure organic essential oils which are then blended in a carrier oil to be used in the Indian Head Massage (which also incorporates a 10 minute back neck and shoulder massage).  Once the Indian Head Massage has been completed the recipient can then lie back and enjoy a further 45 minutes of a deeply relaxing reflexology session.  This is a lovely gift for anyone who is looking for deep relaxation, an opportunity to forget all about how busy life is, and will leave the recipient feeling as if they are floating on air.

Following the treatment all clients will be given 5 or 10 minutes to sit and reflect on their treatment while drinking a glass of chilled water or cup of herbal tea.

Revitalise and Renew 

Rest, Rebalance, and Restore is a holistic approach to relaxation and well-being that combines massage therapy and reflexology techniques to promote physical and mental healing. This type of treatment typically focuses on reducing stress, relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and enhancing the body's natural healing abilities. 

The session will begin with a brief consultation where you discuss your health history, any specific concerns or areas of tension, and your overall goals for the treatment. This helps me to customise the session to meet your individual needs.

Soft, tranquil music plays in the background, as I use a combination of a 40 minute massage and 45 minute reflexology treatment to promote overall relaxation and leave you feeling rested.  Following the treatment you will be given 5 minutes to reflect on your treatment with a glass of chilled water or herbal tea.

Rest Rebalance & Restore

The special Mum 2 Be will be introduced to a range of organic essential oils, which are safe to use for her and her baby.  The chosen oils will then be blended in a carrier oil for massage or alternatively into a cream for reflexology.  This is a 100 minute treatment whereby the mum to be can choose a combination of back neck & shoulder massage with reflexology or opt for a deluxe full body massage. 

The experience is pure indulgence, a moment of complete serenity in the midst of life's hustle and bustle.

Close your eyes and imagine a serene room filled with the calming scent of essential oils and soft tranquil music. The room is dimly lit, creating a warm and peaceful  soothing and relaxing treatment. Hand & Arm Massage

Indian Head Massage, also known as Champissage, is an ancient therapeutic practice that has been used in India for over 2000 years. It is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve the condition of your hair and scalp. Indian Head Massage originates from an Indian alternative medicine system called Ayurveda (translated into “science of life”), whereby it is believed the mind and body are intricately connected and thus can influence one another.

This is a deeply relaxing treatment beneficial for improving symptoms of migraine, tension headaches, promotes hair growth, improves quality of sleep, reduces feelings of fatigue, stress and anxiety.

If this is your first appointment with me a full medical consultation will need to be carried out to ensure there are no contraindications to treatment.  The consultation takes  10-15 minutes and for this an additional £10.00 charge is applied.

Indian Head Massage

A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating massage focussing on lower back, neck and shoulders.  The focus of the treatment will depend on what you specifically need on the treatment day.  In addition to the massage you will have the opportunity of choosing a selection of essential oils of your choice to be blended into a carrier oil and used to add to the therapeutic effects of the massage.

Back Neck & Shoulder Massage 

Remedial Massage is a complementary therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. It is useful for a number of problems that affect the muscles, tendons and bones and can address a number of other problems. The pressure applied in this healing treatment can either be strong and deep or gentle and shallow, depending on the problem. Issues within the muscles can trigger or radiate pain to other parts of the body. Remedial massage aims to trace the original reason for the pain, tackling both the cause of the problem and the symptoms.

Lymphatic drainage is a type of massage that follows the flow of the body's lymphatic system to boost the body's natural draining processes. The lymphatic system drains excess water, proteins, fats and toxics from body tissues down thin tubes (lymph vessels) to the lymph nodes (which can be found in our necks, armpits, and groin). The lymph nodes filter out toxins, blasting any bacteria or infection with white blood cells, as well as returning the fluid to the venous system. 

This treatment is an extremely slow and gently massage, based on the Vodder Method.  Specific essential oils are blended and applied to the skin. Beneficial for releasing tension in the body, improving blood and lymph flow, beneficial for lypoedema, lymphoedema, cellulite, fibromyalgia and many other conditions.

Prior to your first appointment a full medical history and consultation will need to be carried out, this can take up to an additional 15 minutes and for this an additional charge of £10.00 is incurrred.

Facial Lymphatic Drainage Massage focusses on your face, jaw, neck and collar bones.  The treatment is beneficial for reducing fluid retention, debloats and debuffs, helps detoxify your face and increases blood circulation to the skin improving the appearance of the skin and eliminating fine lines,

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialist reflexology technique which stimulates specific lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Primarily, it assists with the management of secondary lymphoedema occurring from the treatment of breast cancer however it has also been shown to help with primary lymphoedema in some cases. Over a period of time, there can be a significant reduction of fluid out of the affected limb and thus a reduction of further fluid build-up.

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage may also be beneficial in the management of other conditions such as fatigue; acne rosacea and improving sleep.  

This is a deeply relaxing treatment.  If using RLD for the management of lymphoedema additional time is required for the measurement of the affected limbs.

Aroma Reflexology & Consultation

Reflexology is very relaxing, soothing and comforting, and during pregnancy can be used to optimise the health and well-being of the pregnant mother. It impacts every individual in a different way but there is a growing body of evidence-based research showing that reflexology can reduce stress and anxiety which many expecting mothers can suffer with during their pregnancy. Reflexology can be used to ease many of the symptoms associated with being pregnant, nausea, pelvic girdle pain, back ache and heartburn. The treatments will give you time to focus purely on yourself and your developing baby. As a qualified maternity reflexologist I am trained to deal with every trimester of your pregnancy.

Maternity Reflexology

The use of hot stones in healing treatments is something that has been around for thousands of years. Their use is based on the principle that heat relaxes your body at its deepest level. So the heat promotes relaxation and allows the therapist to work at a deeper level to support the healing and balancing of your body’s systems.

The health benefits of hot stones include
Better circulation.
Increased elimination of waste products and toxins from your body.
Reduced muscle tension and a release of tension in connective tissue.
Strengthens your immune system.
De-stresses and promotes relaxation.
These benefits are similar to the effects of a standard reflexology session, the difference between the two is that clients see a faster response when stones are used to heat your body. 

Hot Stone Reflexology

This is a 60 minute treatment using a combination of aromatherapy, mindfulness and reflexology.  The treatment kicks off with a 15 minute introduction to essential oils and the opportunity to make their own aroma sniff stick to take home.  Following this we engage in 10 minutes of mindfulness using drawing and visualisation as relaxation techniques.  To finish off the session a 30 minute reflexology session is applied on the feet but the young person is also taught reflexology points on the hands and self help techniques to take home with them.  

This is a beautiful and wonderfully relaxing session for any child or adolescent who is finding life slightly overwhelming at the moment.  The young person leaves the treatment room with an aromatherapy gift and self help techniques to practice at their leisure.  An adult will need to stay in the room for the duration of the treatment and can also engage in the mindfulness session if they wish.
