This appointment involves static vacuum cupping therapy.
Cupping is an excellent form of soft tissue healing, by releasing severe tension comfortably within the posterior thorax with excellent results. It is a comfortable method of treatment for severe tension.
This appointment does not incorporate any manual therapy. 

Cupping Therapy

This appointment involves thorough information gathering, to enable you to explain any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing, and then a treatment plan is communicated based on that information gathered. Myotherapy is the clinical assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal pain, using both manual therapy and dry needle (Accupuncture)  techniques. If you prefer not to have dry needling used as part of your treatment, please select the Remedial Massage service option instead. Private Health Funds rebates are available through HICAPS at the clinic.

Remedial Massage comprises of manual therapies, musculoskeletal mobility and cupping methods, all used to reduce musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, and increase mobility. This treatment is solely manual therapy based and can incorporate the use of cupping.
Please note: This does not include Myofascial Pain Dry Needling. Please select Myotherapy if you wish to incorporate Dry Needling (Acupuncture) as part of your treatment
