This time allows your trainer to assess your needs for your workout regime to ensure we create and design the right workouts for you.

Retreat for Your Feet

The service will begin with a lovely soak in our tub filled with our specially formulated bath salt, followed by filing, shaping, and cuticle care. Next we apply our handcrafted body butter while you enjoy a massage and then place your feet in disposable bags filled with our deeply hydrating paraffin soak and then comfy booties. The paraffin wax relaxes muscles, reduces inflammation, and decreases joint stiffness. Lastly, top it off with your favorite polish, and top coat and cuticle oil for maximum shine!

Paraffin Pedicure

This service is a beautiful combination of healing energy and nail treatments. Reiki is an alternative therapy in which the practitioner transfers energy to the recipient through the palms of the hands to promote relaxation and stress relief, as well as other benefits. The main benefit of this service is relaxation, however we are adding healing benefits to help manifest your intentions, release negativity and open chakras.  You will begin with the opportunity to set an intention if you wish. Then we will cleanse the space with sage/palo santo wood which will help you relax.  A customized aromatherapy oil blend, healing crystals and lighted candles will bring a peaceful atmosphere.  After completing your manicure or pedicure, you will receive a 15 to 20 minute Reiki session. This starts with your crown and will move down to your root chakra and then to your feet for grounding.

This nourishing and relaxing experience, performed by a licensed massage therapist, is achieved by placing and guiding warm, smooth basalt stones over the body. It allows your therapist to get deeper into the muscle without having to apply more pressure, helping you to relax yet further.

Hot Stone Massage - 75 minutes

Wonderful for sore and stressed out muscles, aromatherapy utilizes Certified Pure Tested Grade (CPTG) essential oils derived from plants for the purpose of healing which will bring an immense impact on the body, mind, and spirit. While working with your licensed Massage therapist, you will experience the invigorating aromatics enter your body for a relaxing and soothing experience. 


Aromatherapy Massage - 75 minutes

Performed by a licensed massage therapist, utilizing a variety of soothing techniques and varying pressure.  Each session is customized to your specific concerns for a mixture of relaxation as well as stress and pain relief.

Therapeutic Massage - 75 minutes

Lymphatic massage is a gentle form of massage that focuses on relieving swelling in the arms and legs by moving lymphatic fluid out of the effected limbs and returning it back to the heart so that it is able to be filtered through and removed from the body. 

**session times will vary depending on the need so please plan for at least 90 minutes**

Lymphatic Drainage Treatment

We begin this therapeutic session with individual heat packs of organic flax and lavender and apply it to the lower back, neck and abdomen. This helps with the pain associated with cramps. Then your therapist will work with you to create a special blend of Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Roman Chamomile or Rose Geranium with a carrier oil to focus special attention on areas linked with stress — like the neck, shoulders, and deep lower back. This will help to alleviate some of the symptoms of the monthly cycle and allow you to feel more grounded in your body. Your therapist will then target special trigger points known for cramp relief and relaxation. Your session will end with a lovely cup of our soothing blend of organic red raspberry and peppermint tea for some additional relief.
