Once again a beautiful and relaxing evening at Serenity. Kirsty is such a pleasure and really makes you feel at ease. The cabin is so inviting I could happily move in. The signature treatment (Serenity of the Sea) was as amazing as it sounds and I have woke up this morning feeling calm and relaxed (a wonderful start to the long weekend). My skin is so soft and glowing I didn't even bother with make up today. The card I pulled also resonated with me and the journey I have been on so far. * Parent must be present during appointments for children and teenagers. If teenager does not wish to have parent present, I ask that parent and teenager both sign consultation form/give permission for treatment and parent to wait in car outside for duration of appointment.

Mini reflexology session tailored to needs of Baba- to help relieve symptoms such as colic, reflux, constipation, teething and to aid sleep. Techniques will be taught to Mama so that you/and your partner can help to comfort and soothe your baby at home. 

Suitable from birth following vaginal delivery, Suitable from 6 weeks post caesarean section and providing you have had a good recovery.

Please allow 1.5 - 2 hours for treatment 

* If you have had a caesarean section and Baba is experiencing symptoms of reflux, colic, constipation etc. in the first 6 weeks please contact me directly for advice or to book an appointment for Baba.

Mama & Baba Postnatal Wellbeing Session 

A beautiful and deeply relaxing treatment that includes a hot towel cleanse, neck and shoulder massage, 6 facial reflexology routines followed with a relaxing face and head massage.
