Reflexology can help restore the free flow energy and blood circulation to the whole body. Stimulating these reflexes can help the body heal itself and help with overall wellbeing.

Blissfully warm and relaxing massage. The heat of the stones is deeply relaxing, helping to warm tight muscles so a deeper pressure may be applied. The warmth of the stones helps improve circulation and calm your mind.
