I am a qualified Complementary Therapist since 2016. I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University July 2020 where I achieved a  BSc (Hons) Complementary Healthcare (with Practitioner Status).This is where I gained my level 5 in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

I have also gained my Master Reiki Practitioner certificate with Ann Moseley. Reiki is a profoundly relaxing treatment which can work holistically and will always go to the level physical, mental or emotional where it is most needed to restore well-being.

How does Reiki work?

As a Reiki Practitioner Sallyann Waters Complementary Therapy will channel for high-frequency energy. During a Reiki treatment, energy is drawn through the my hands, which are placed in various positions on the body.
As the energy enters the body, it works holistically and will always go to the level (physical, mental or emotional) where it is most needed to restore well-being.

What is Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)? 
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a form of the complementary therapy, reflexology. This therapy focuses on lymphatic reflexes on the feet that aim to stimulate and cause an effect on the Lymphatic System within the body. RLD treatment stimulates the flow of the fluid (Lymph) through the Lymphatic System.

Lymphoedema is a long-term condition that causes the tissues within the body to swell as the body lymph is not drained properly. Whilst it can occur throughout the body, it is most common in the arms and legs.
