My stylist was AMAZING, I absolutely love him. But he was doing two of us at once- I was there for almost three hours just for a cut, and most of the time was me waiting. I was pretty disappointed by that. Otherwise, your stylists are wonderful.

Have been getting my haircut by Tana for 6+ years. Always does a great job!

Milli/10 experience at Roots!! I had an appointment with Sabrina for loc maintenance and repair. She was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable asking questions and was so welcoming. Everyone at Roots was warm and kind, and the atmosphere is great. I'll be back for sure.
