Guided Grounding Meditation 

Sekhem is an ancient Egyptian system of energy healing that works with the universal life force — the same vital energy known as chi, prana, or ki in other traditions. The word Sekhem literally means “power” or “life force”, reflecting the divine creative energy that flows through all things. 🌞✨

Sekhem healing is rooted in the spiritual wisdom of ancient Egypt, where energy, consciousness, and divinity were deeply intertwined. Practitioners channel this high-frequency energy to clear blockages, balance the energy field, promote healing on a DNA level and awaken spiritual awareness. 

Sekhem energy is closely associated with Sekhmet, the lion-headed Egyptian goddess of healing, transformation, and fierce compassion. Her name means “The Powerful One.”

In Sekhem practice, practitioners often invoke Sekhmet’s presence to guide their sessions — her energy is said to guide, encourage, send strength, courage and conviction in the most loving way.

Women only. As women, we store so much trauma, grief and emotion in our womb space. From connections to past lovers to childhood issues, all this stagnant, old, heavy energy is stored in our pelvic bowl/womb area.

If left to build up, this energy can sometimes then manifest in to physical ailments and imbalances such as fertility problems, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, period problems etc. so as women, it is essential that we are energetically clearing and cleansing the area - and that is exactly the purpose of womb reiki.

Womb reiki assists in healing and releasing any stagnant energy that is held in the womb area. It is particularly helpful to those suffering from any period issues (painful, heavy, irregular periods etc), any conditions of the womb (endometriosis, polycystic ovaries etc), fertility issues, pre and post pregnancy (preparing for pregnancy, post pregnancy healing, c-section scar healing) and menopause. 

Reiki for Womb Healing

Women only. Cupping is an ancient therapy where a cup is attached to the skin to help the natural flow of blood and lymph. It has been utilised for thousands of years to help prevent illness, detoxify organs and improve natural flow.

Unless there is an area on the limbs which needs addressing physically, or a cellulite treatment, most cupping treatments are practiced on the back along 'Shu Points', which are Chinese acupuncture points located either side of the spine. Each point is related to each organ of the body. Acupressure along these points can help unblock stagnation and create harmony and flow within each organ, aiming to restore any disease that has occurred, symptoms or conditions.

During a cupping treatment, oils are massaged in to the skin and then glass cups are applied and moved. The suction and warmth has a deep effect on muscles, producing deep healing and relaxation.
