Hi I’m Alex from Revive Body and Mind. I’m a Massage therapist and Pilates Teacher with over 18 years experience. My passion is to help you feel better, by reducing pain, increasing mobility and allowing you to completely relax. I offer a range of treatments including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Swedish but my speciality is myofascial release. I also offer one to one Pilates, postural assessments and exercise programs. Please see below for a list of treatments pick the one that suits you best but I’ll base your treatment on what’s suits you at the time.
