O aplikaci

Classical Thai massage is a fully clothed massage which does not use oils. It is a mixture of acupressure and assisted stretches done on a massage mattress in the floor. In 1:1 yoga sessions we will investigate your individual body and yoga goals. I will explain alignment techniques and possible exercises you can use in your regular yoga practice and self practice at home.
