I am qualified to Level 5 clinical reflexologist and able to work on all ages from birth.
I can also work with clients wanting support with fertility as well as throughout pregnancy.
After an initial consultation and treatment I then create a treatment plan that I work from at subsequent appointments. 
I have training in advanced musculoskeletal techniques, the fertility journey, pregnancy, babies and children, the menopause, lymphatic drainage and cancer and palliative care.

A minimum of 3 Zonefacelift treatments, that must be taken within 3 months following the 12 week programme.

 Zonefacelift Maintenance 

12 treatments to be taken within 12 weeks 
Payments can be made in 3 installments; first to be paid at 1st session, next to be paid at 5th session and final balance due at 9th session. 

Failure to attend all 12 sessions or to pay will result in the balance being due immediately.

Sessions range from 15mins to 1hr depending on age and the needs of your baby/child.

Baby or child's reflexology

We will complete a consultation as well as some observations of your feet/face/ears, before having a relaxing and calming reflexology session.

I am able to treat clients throughout pregnancy, tailoring sessions to your trimester as well as any other issues you may be facing. 

Initial maternity reflexology 

Using specialised techniques and protocols, reflex points on the ears are worked gently to balance any imbalances.
Auricular reflexology is fast acting and great for supporting pain relief, stress and anxiety reduction, improved sleep, and support for detoxification, circulation, and digestion.

This can be done in a stand alone treatment on the ears, or combined with other forms of reflexology (see my treatment list).

This treatment includes an initial consultation at first visit, or review on subsequent visits.
