My deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique using slow, firm, and targeted pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, breaking down adhesions (knots or scar tissue) that cause pain and limit movement. It focuses on chronic muscle tension from injuries or overuse in areas like the neck, back, and shoulders, aiming to relieve stiffness, improve flexibility, and restore proper muscle function. The process involves deep kneading and stroking, sometimes with fingers, thumbs, or elbows, and may cause temporary discomfort or soreness. After 90 minutes treatment your body is going to feel nicely melted.
