Ultrasound is a valuable tool to aid with healing of ligaments ,tendons ,bursas and deeper tissues within the muscular or skeletal system .It is usually suggested a 7 day up to 10-14 day follow on treatment is required to get the best results. To achieve this i recommend that you hire the machine from the clinic(at a nominal fee of £5 per day to achieve best results.)The machine has set programmes ,so you can't go wrong. A tutorial is given for the use of the machine and you will be asked to sign as proof of taking the machine.

ULTRASOUND treatment

Only really recommended  for those who are  really short of time as full body is more effective, muscularily and fascially.Deep tissue massage to release all those tight and uncomfortable areas
Usefull if you have a particular area giving you grief/pain
