My first reflexology session. Abbi was very calm, welcoming and light. It was a beautifully calming and balancing experience whilst also being extremely interesting - Abbi answered lots of questions I had and gave informative and helpful responses. Will certainly book again, I left feeling really relaxed and more grounded after a tough couple of weeks.

Abbi is incredible at what she does! She has so much knowledge and I learnt so much during my first session. She's extremely calm, considerate and gentle. I can't wait for my next session ☺️

Abbi is incredible. So warm, kind and knowledgeable, I felt so at ease and safe in her little bubble. I went having no prior understanding of Reflexology and now I have no idea why everyone isn’t having it.
