The team were not only professional but also so intuitive, the massage therapist knew exactly where to focus and how much pressure to apply. Every detai from the sauna to the care taken throughout the treatment made it feel truly special. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and like a new person.  I can’t wait to book my next treatment! 

Step into your own private recovery sanctuary. You'll have 50 minutes in the space to use however you like—whether you begin by heating up in the infrared sauna or plunging into the ice bath is entirely up to you.
Our infrared sauna is heated to around 60°C, gently warming the body from the inside out. The ice bath, set at approximately 6°C, delivers a powerful reset for body and mind. 
We recommend alternating between hot and cold to maximise the benefits—this contrast boosts blood flow, regulates the nervous system, and leaves you feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and recharged
Please shower before entering the ice bath.
Temperatures can be altered at request.
Please ensure you wear suitable swim or gym wear.
Each session can accommodate up to 3 people—perfect for solo restoration or a shared wellness ritual. Please ensure you let us know if you are bringing a friend.
